Wayne Humble Over The Moon With Oliver’s Mount Progress

Wayne Humble was over the moon, with his results and lap times at the recent Barry Sheene Festival Powered by Suzuki, at Oliver’s Mount.

Competing under the Wayne Humble Racing Powered by Michelin banner, Wayne continued his rapid progress at England’s only pure road racing circuit.

The opening modern junior 600 race saw Wayne finish a highly respectable eighth, this was followed by an 11th place finish in the opening modern solo open encounter.

Sunday’s action at Scarborough, would see him enjoy one of his best performances to date at the mount, as he went onto finish an excellent sixth in the second modern junior 600 race, along the way lapping in the 1 minute 53 seconds bracket.

This result was backed up by another high quality finish, in the second leg of the modern solo open races, finishing a more than creditable ninth.

With just 25 days till the start of the 2016 Manx Grand Prix, Wayne is ready for his Mountain Course debut, on his YZF R6 Yamaha mount.

Quietly confident of a stand result in the newcomers A race, his experience from Oliver’s Mount, will stand him in good stead, as he competes for the first time on the most famous road racing circuit in the world.

Wayne would once again like to think Michelin, for all their support and help for his 2016 roads campaign and his upcoming Manx GP debut.
