Joining the likes of factory Mugen duo John McGuinness and Michael Rutter, Nottingham University’s Daley Mathison and Shaun Anderson (Duffy Motorsport) on this years TT Zero entry list, are three racers with varying degrees of Mountain Course experience.
South Africa’s present sole TT Races competitor, AJ Venter who leads VRS Racing’s Monster Energy Supersport, Bennetts Lightweight class challenges, represents again the Brunel University team, which he previously joined forces with in 2016.

Fellow accomplished overseas TT exponent Timothee Monot, a former top six finisher within the innovative Electric machine based class, is set to compete this June under the Avon France/TMR (Timothee Monot Racing) France banner.
One of a unique group of competitors to have competed on both two and three wheel machinery, on the fabled, mythical Mountain Course, the versatile Alun Thomas joins fellow countryman Ian Lougher as part of the highly respected Team Mirai outfit.
Thomas, who’s TT CV includes five top 15 finishes, alongside his TT Zero voyage, is additionally at TT 2019 set to sample the Sidecar races alongside experienced driver Andy King.
Overall just ten racers are set to take part in this years TT Zero encounter, which alongside the aforementioned racers mentioned, also includes Mike Norbury and Bath University representative Matt Rees.
