It’s a Shinden GO for Mugen, as the dominant force in TT zero class in recent years, bids for a hat trick of victories at the TT Races.
As in 2014 and 2015 the manufacturers two rider all star line up, remains consisting of 23 times TT winner John McGuinness and ten time TT winner and reigning RST superbike TT champion Bruce Anstey.
The teams new electric machine, is named the Shinden GO, which replaces the previous bike which held the title Shinden Ni.
In my opinion it would be good to see Mugen having some serious competition this year. At present they are the only major manufacturer confirmed for action in the 2016 TT zero.
Main competition to Mugen at TT 2015 came from Victory Motorcycles. It’s still to be confirmed as to whether the popular marque will be returning to the Mountain Course.
It’s difficult to look past Mugen from sealing a hat trick of TT zero wins.
Alongside bidding for a third TT victory, another aim is setting the 120 mph lap in the TT zero class.
