Guy Martin’s wait for his first triumph at TT Races continues following TT 2015.
This years Isle of Man TT saw the hugely popular rider endure challenging races but also enjoy many positive moments.
Which included third place finish in Monster Energy supersport race two as he showed world class form on Smiths Racing 675 Daytona Triumph.
Arguably though the standout moment from TT 2015 for the 11 times Ulster Grand Prix winner was lapping at 132.398 mph during the Pokerstars senior TT.
He went onto finish the blue riband race in fourth position, with 16 podium finishes in all at present at TT Races Guy has the proven pace and speed on the mountain course.
It has to be pointed out though that having had this year arguably his strongest line up of machinery to date, will this long awaited TT victory actually happen now for Guy?
The standard of racing at the Isle of Man TT is going up, up and up. Alongside established stars Ian Hutchinson, John McGuinness, Bruce Anstey, Michael Dunlop you’ve got rising stars now on the cusp of their first TT victories.
Which include Peter Hickman, David Johnson, lightweight TT winner Ivan Lintin and third place finisher in Royal London 360 superstock TT Lee Johnston.
Add in established front runners James Hillier, William Dunlop, Gary Johnson, Conor Cummins, Dean Harrison it proves the strength of competition facing Guy as he continues to push for his first TT victory.

We all know he’s capable of achieving this, in my opinion a change of team for TT 2016 in particular in superbike/senior races could pave the way for the long awaited TT win.
Next pure road race meeting coming up for Guy is at the Southern 100 which celebrates it’s 60th anniversary of racing around Billown.
Guy is all set to compete on Tyco BMW superbike in 600/1000, senior, solo championship races.
At present the eight times Steve Henshaw international gold cup winner has three solo championship successes to date. There’s every chance he could make it four solo championship victories at the 2015 Southern 100.
