A question on everyone’s lips is whether Michael Dunlop’s stunning lap record will be shattered this year. Last year, Dunlop came agonizingly close to surpassing his own record, which currently stands at an exhilarating 91.48 mph, a benchmark he established back in 2013.
Meanwhile, the longest-standing class lap record belongs to Gary Robinson, who remarkably set the fastest lap for the Senior support class in 2007, a feat that has yet to be equalled. The tension and excitement surrounding these records promise an exhilarating event for competitors and spectators alike.
