Seasoned competitor in the international road racing championship Jochem Van Den Hoek, is set to make his long awaited TT Races debut.
Jochem is set to become the first rider from the Netherlands to compete at the Isle of Man TT since 2013, when 2012 IRRC superbike champion Branko Srdanov made his first appearance at the most famous road race in the world.
For his first two weeks of competition on the Mountain Course, Jochem looks set to be ZX10R Kawasaki mounted competing for the Performance Racing Achterhoek team in the superbike, superstock and the blue riband senior TT.
Last year saw one of the Netherlands leading pure road racers, enjoy a highly productive season on the roads.
He finished overall an excellent fifth in the IRRC superbike class, following series of top draw results at Hengelo, Oss, Oostende, Chimay, Horice and Frohburg.
Alongside making his TT debut, 2016 will also see Jochem competing again in the international road racing championship, as he aims to break into the top three finishing positions overall, in the prestigious championship.
Jochem already has pure road racing experience on the Isle of Man, in the form of competing twice at the Southern 100.

Main highlights around Billown include finishing leading Yamaha mounted rider in the 2014 solo championship race, as he finished a more than creditable eleventh.
Rated highly by many Jochem Van Den Hoek is set to accomplish a lifetimes ambition, in competing for the first time at the Isle of Man TT.
Given his IRRC, Southern 100 and Oliver’s Mount experience, Jochem has the potential to gel extremely quickly with the Mountain Course, he’s definitely one to watch.
