Isle of Man TT 2014 – Tuesday Practice Sidecar News

John Holden and Andrew Winkle lead the way in sidecar practice session tonight at Isle of Man TT. John and Andrew competing for Silicone engineering racing lapped at 112.877 mph to finish in front by a decent margin over second quickest Ben Birchall and Tom Birchall.

Ben and Tom competing for Klaus Klaffenbock’s team Cofain racing team lapped at 112.047 mph. Conrad Harrison and Mike Aylott where third quickest lapping at 109.459 mph, Gary Bryan and Jamie Winn where fourth fastest and Franck Lelias and Paul Knapton rounded out the top five.

Carl Fenwick is one of the big rising stars in sidecar road racing, Carl with Phil Knapton in his teams outfit produced a lap speed of 107.638 mph to finish sixth fastest.

Wayne Lockey, Greg Lambert, Gordon Shand and Tony Baker completed the top ten. Leading newcomer was John Lowther who lapped at 96.923 mph whilst Ian Bell’s son Carl Bell is leading passenger newcomer, Ian and Carl recorded lap speed of 104.979 mph tonight.

    how did Cameron Donald do in practice on the Norton machine?

      Cameron lapped at over 120.8 mph on the Norton.
