John Mcguinness set the fastest time in the superbike practice during Thursday night’s TT practice session. In near perfect conditions John lapped on the Honda TT legends racing superbike at a speed of 129.323 mph. Second fastest was Bruce Anstey on the HM Plant Honda by Padgetts motorcycles superbike who lapped at a speed of 129.143 mph. Third fastest was Michael Rutter who lapped at over 128 mph, Guy Martin went fourth fastest on the Tyco Suzuki by TAS superbike, Guy lapped at 127.925 mph.
Michael Dunlop was fifth fastest, Cameron Donald sixth quickest, Gary Johnson went seventh fastest whilst Dan Stewart, Steve Mercer and James Hillier rounded out the top 10 during practice. Dean Harrison was eleventh quickest on the RC Express racing Kawasaki by MSS performance superbike, Dean lapped at 123.674 mph.
Conor Cummins and William Dunlop on the Milwaukee Yamaha superbikes finished 12th and 13th quickest, both Conor and William lapped at over 123 mph. Shaun Anderson on the CN management backed Suzuki GSX-R 1000 superstock bike lapped at a personal best lap speed of 123.062, a superb performance from Shaun. Brian Mccormack competing on the KMR Kawasaki powered by Vauxhall superbike set a lap time of over 122 mph to finish 15th during superbike practice.
Quickest newcomer during superbike practice was Josh Brookes. Josh lapped at a fantastic lap speed of 121.986 mph on the Tyco Suzuki by TAS superbike. Second quickest newcomer to Josh was Branko Srdanov who once again impressed with his speed and talent in lapping at over 120 mph on the Ice Valley racing BMW by Motorsave ltd superstock bike.
