By 17 times TT winner Dave Molyneux set the quickest during opening practice at this years TT for the sidecars. Dave lapped at 111.277 mph on the Elas backed DMR Kawasaki sidecar outfit. Second quickest to Dave was John Holden who lapped at over 110 mph on the Holden racing sidecar. Third quickest was Conrad Harrison on the Printing roller services sidecar, Conrad lapped at 109.958 mph.
The Birchall brothers went fourth quickest with a lap time of 109.422 mph on the Team Cofan racing sidecar. Dougie Wright was fifth quickest whilst Gary Bryan was sixth quickest. Tony Baker lapped at a good 105.927 mph, Franck Lelias, Tony Thirkell, Francois Leblond and Roy Hanks all lapped at over 102 mph.
Sidecar TT newcomer this year Dean Lindley lapped at a impressive 90.616 mph during the opening sidecar TT practice session of TT 2013.
