Dan Cooper clinched overall Welsh open victory for the second time on Sunday, at Aberdare Park Road Races.
Competing on Ruby Racing 675 Daytona Triumph, the 2015 TT privateers championship winner, showcased his proven quality around the park as he fought off challenges from rising road racing star Mark Goodings and Ryan Dixon.
Regarded by many to be a future TT winner, Dan enjoyed arguably his strongest TT Races to date at TT 2015.
Alongside recording TT privateers championship victory, personal best result at the most famous road race in the world was secured in lightweight TT.
Piloting CMS Racing ER6 Kawasaki he finished a fine sixth, next pure road race meeting coming up for Dan is the world’s fastest road race, the Ulster Grand Prix.
Second place finisher in 500 classic TT, is set for competition in supersport, superstock, superbike, super twin races, as he targets high quality results around Dundrod.
