Daley Mathison is enjoying TT 2014 competing on Hol Taj/Classic Suzuki backed GSX-R 1000 Superbike and GSX-R 600 supersport bike. Daley made his Manx Grand Prix debut last year lapping at over 113.8 mph, already during practice week the rising road racing star has produced a lap speed of 116.3 mph which is currently Daley’s personal best lap speed around the mountain course.
Superbikes are considered one of the toughest bikes to set up for the Isle of Man TT so practice week is important to make everything is right with the big bikes, Daley has being adjusting settings to superbike whilst getting more laps in on the bike which he first rode at this years North West 200.
Supersport wise Daley is greatly used to it having competed on it for the last two years, its being a case so far during practice week for Daley of steady away and getting as many laps in as possible. The potential is there for good results at TT 2014 for a rider who is getting better and better in road racing.
Opening race of TT 2014 is the superbike race which Daley is greatly looking forward to where he will be aiming for another personal best lap speed and it will be his first TT race which he will compete in.
