Adam “Chad” Child is determined to secure a top quality result, in the 2016 lightweight TT.
The highly respected motorcycle journalist, is set to compete for the British Motorcycle Manufacturing Academy on a Kawasaki powered Norton.
Last years Scarborough Gold Cup at Oliver’s Mount, saw Adam provide the BMMA Norton team, with more than creditable eighth place finish in the second super twins race.
Main highlights to date at the Isle of Man TT for the popular rider include, twenty ninth place finishes in the 2013 and 2014 lightweight TT encounters.
Embarking on his fifth TT Races appearance, he is confident of been in contention for a notable result, in what is set to be a hugely competitive lightweight race at TT 2016.
Adam is set to compete against the likes of James Hillier, Ryan Farquhar, Ivan Lintin, James Cowton, Danny Webb, Dan Cooper, Michael Russell plus TT newcomers Michael Booth, Darren James and Alastair Fagan.
Norton are the latest manufacturer confirmed for competition in the 2016 lightweight TT, they join Kawasaki, Suzuki, CF Moto and Paton.
With the experience gained from TT 2015, plus further development, the BMMA Norton outfit along with Adam Child, are greatly looking forward to TT 2016, where they could well spring a surprise or two.
