Ben’s dad Nigel Rea, also an extremely accomplished competitor on the Isle of Man’s world famous roads, is planning to compete for the first time at the most famous road race in the world.
Same applies to Pete Murray from Arizona, who subject to entry confirmation, quite possibly could be the only rider from the USA competing at TT 2017.
Outside of the TT Races, VRS Racing’s Oliver’s Mount challenge will be lead by the experienced Peter Boast, set to pilot a CBR 1000 Honda Fireblade and a brand new ER6 Kawasaki at Scarborough.
Completing the VRS Racing rider line up for this season, is Michael Fenton.
Set to take in Thundersport meetings on a ZX7 Kawasaki, Michael looks set to to make his roads debut later on this year, on board the second VRS Super Twin.
Running in total, five riders, the best way to sum up Robbie Silvester’s team for this season, is it has a mix of experience, up and coming talent and overseas enthusiasm.
