2019 TT Privateers Champion Jamie Coward/Kenny Lam are the early pace setters in the race to become inaugural Virtual TT Champions.
Coward/Lam’s combined overall lap time, following their respective laps stood at 35 minutes 13 seconds.
Reigning Lightweight TT runner-up Coward piloting his customary PreZ Racing R6 Yamaha, registered the quickest lap time from tonight’s competitive action, 16 minutes 37 seconds, which equates lap speed wise to just over the 136 mph lap mark!
Gamer team mate Lam who chose to compete on the MMX 500 Suter, raced by Ian Lougher at the TT’s of 2016 and 2018, representative lap time stood at 18 minutes 36 seconds.
The next team to take centre stage this evening was that of Stefy Blau and Pikes Peak International Hill Climb winner Rennie Scaysbrook.
Both piloting Honda Racing steeds raced in reality by David Johnson at TT 2019, they had pretty contrasting fortunes!
Prominent Motocross racer Blau incidents a plenty affected lap, including a mishap at Bray Hill, culminated with a lap time of 25 minutes 10 seconds.
Whilst Pikes Peak hero Scaysbrook (18 minutes 40 seconds), who was set to make his real life TT debut with PRF Racing, showed good form early on before a few incidents and a not perfect run to the finish line.
Scaysbrook/Blau’s overall combined lap time was 43 minutes 50 seconds, over eight minutes behind the overall lap time set by previous competitors Coward/Lam.
