By The second Monster Energy Supersport race of TT 2017, has been cancelled, as it falls foul of persistent wet weather, which has unfortunately embroiled itself upon the Isle of Man, today, curtailing the whole of Thursday’s race/practice schedule.
The decision to cancel the second Supersport encounter of this years TT Races, is one that will disappoint many racers, in particular given that the weather forecast for tomorrow, is more favourable.
It remains to be seen, as to whether the SES TT Zero race, will run on Friday, with teams/riders involved been consulted about the outcome of the ninth running of the innovative electric bike class.
At present, the schedule for the final day of TT 2017, is as follows:
10:30 AM – Sure Sidecar Race 2 – 3 Laps
12:45 PM – Pokerstars Senior Race – 6 Laps
