Adam McLean, underlined his promise during practice week, by opening his racing career at the TT Races, in extremely positive fashion, with an impressive 18th place finish, in the opening Monster Energy Supersport race of TT 2017.
Along the way, setting a new personal best lap speed of 120.664 mph, the MSS/Hotties backed rider, showed yet again why many regard him, as one of Northern Ireland’s most exciting roads talents to emerge, for many years.

Finishing in front of fellow rising roads stars such as Dan Cooper, Dan Hegarty, Dominic Herbertson and Sam West, a delighted Adam, stated about the four lap race:
“I’m really over the moon with this result. I could not have done it without my Team members and pit crew. They all played their part.
Of course all of this would not be possible without MSS Colchester Kawasaki, Roy Hanna Motors, Metzeler tyres, and all my Sponsors, so this is for all of them.”
Speaking about the second Supersport encounter of race week, Adam said:
“I’m now really looking forward to the second Supersport race, and with my first race under my belt, I know that I can improve in different areas of the circuit. I’m very happy.”
