TT 2015 – Bruce Anstey Dominates Supersport Practice

Bruce Anstey dominated tonight’s supersport practice session at TT 2015. The outright Isle of Man TT lap record holder flew to 125.218 mph lap on Valvoline Racing by Padgetts Motorcycles CBR 600 Honda.


Finishing second fastest was Guy Martin who gelled quickly with the Smiths Racing 675 Daytona Triumph as he proved that he will be a force to be reckoned with in both supersport TT races.

Third quickest was Gary Johnson piloting Mar Train Racing’s YZF R6 Yamaha as he sealed lap speed of 121.678 mph.

William Dunlop tipped by many for supersport TT success lapped at 121.651 mph on Ivan Curran/CD Racing backed YZF R6 Yamaha.

Russ Mountford finished a superb fifth fastest lapping at 121.515 mph on Silicone Engineering Racing 675 Daytona Triumph.

Mar Train Racing’s Dean Harrison 121.415 mph, Lee Johnston on East Coast Racing’s 675 Daytona Triumph 121.396 mph, Ivan Lintin 121.394, John McGuinness 121.348 mph all showed top class pace.

James Cowton impressed on PRB Racing CBR 600 Honda as the 2014 Duke road race rankings champion proved his credentials around the mountain course.

Michael Dunlop 121.458 mph, David Johnson 120.010 mph, Conor Cummins 119.541 and Dan Hegarty 118.468 mph all showed excellent speed in what was an entertaining supersport practice session.
