Unquestionably one of Belgium’s most talented road racers of the modern era, 2016 IRRC Superbike champion Vincent Lonbois is the next racer to take part in Road Racing News, ten questions challenge.

Q1: Favourite National Roads Meeting?

“My favourite roads meeting is Chimay.”

“Favourite bike at this moment in time, is the BMW S1000RR.”

“The best part is for sure the pure roads fraternity, the fans.”

Q5: Most Respected Rival?

“Most respected rival would have to be Sebastien Le Grelle.”

Q6: Best roads moment thus far?

“When I first competed on the roads in 2011, at Chimay!”

Q7: Is their one place or country in the world, where you would like to see a roads meeting held?

“I would like to see road racing return to Spa Francorchamps in Belgium.”

Q8: Who’s your road racing hero?

“I don’t have a ‘hero’ but I’m a fan of Michael Rutter.”

Q9: Supersport or Superbike?

“Superbike”

Q10: Pole position or fastest lap?

“Fastest lap for sure!!!!”
