TT 2014 would see the rider who made his TT debut back in 2011 clinch 30th position in opening Monster energy supersport race which was backed up by 19th position in supersport race two following a tenacious and consistent performance on Stoddart racing R6 Yamaha.
But the main highlight of this years Isle of Man TT was in the TT zero race. Competing for Sarolea racing on the teams SP7 machine Robert finished in fourth place narrowly missing out on his first TT podium finish, still it was a new personal best finish around the mountain course for the talented rider.
At the worlds fastest road race the Ulster Grand Prix Robert secured highly respectable 17th place finish in opening supersport race whilst another positive moment during the season was 6th position in feature race at cock of the north road races at Oliver’s Mount.
