Michael Dunlop Switches To BMW Machinery For Remainder Of TT 2015

Michael Dunlop has switched to BMW machinery for the remainder of TT 2015.

The 11 times TT winner is all set to compete on a S1000RR BMW in Buildbase BMW colour scheme in superbike and senior races.

TT 2014 was a sensational one for the rider who competed at TT Races for the first time back in 2007.

Four wins in a week where secured following string of quite memorable performances which included winning a record breaking superbike TT, dominating superstock race, winning a closely fought supersport race two and been victorious for the first time in blue riband senior TT.

Plus TT 2014 saw Michael become the fastest rider in TT history from a standing start following lap speed of 131.730 mph on opening lap of superbike race.

Its been a tricky start to the 2015 road racing season for the astonishing road racing talent.

Despite this he has still showed his world class quality. Main highlights so far this year have included super twins race victory at Cookstown 100 and superb second place finish in opening supersport race at Vauxhall International North West 200.

For a lot of people switching to new machinery so close to the start of race week at TT 2015 would be considered a risk.

But Michael Dunlop has proved time and time again that the impossible is possible in particular in recent years at the biggest road race of them all the Isle of Man TT.
