It’s Andy’s fifth podium finish on the Mountain Course, the rising roads star has pretty much confirmed today that he will be making his TT Races debut next year.
Darren Cooper finished an excellent fourth on his own teams ER6 Kawasaki, whilst Jonathan Perry in fifth place, once again had problems in the pit lane.
Holding third place at the end of lap two he lost a huge amount of the time in the pits, which dropped him back to sixth at Glen Helen on lap three, he had the consolation though of setting the quickest lap of the race, lapping at 113.423 mph.
