Malachi Mitchell Thomas is one for the future in road racing. Malachi made his Southern 100 debut this year and his first pure road racing outing saw the ambitious rider ZX6 Kawasaki mounted competing for Silicone engineering racing impress hugely with series of high quality results.
14th place finish in 600/1000 race was a highly productive way to start his debut around Billown plus he was second supersport 600 mounted rider home. Opening 600 race saw Malachi prove his talent and ability clinching 7th place finish impressing many in only his second race at the Southern 100.
Second supersport proved to be even better with top six placing secured as he was leading Kawasaki rider in what was a record breaking race with new supersport lap record set by Dean Harrison. Southern solo championship was next up and Malachi ended his first Southern 100 in top style with 14th position and first supersport 600 rider home.

Following his great Southern 100 debut Malachi was looking forward to making his mountain course debut at this years Manx Grand Prix. Having shown good pace in practice week expectations where high going into newcomers A race.
Following a highly accomplished performance second position was secured finishing only 1.7 seconds behind race winner Billy Redmayne. Senior Manx Grand Prix proved just how quick Malachi had learnt the mountain course recording fourth position plus achieving personal best lap speed of 116.652 mph.

Looking to 2015 after his excellent performances at the 2014 Manx Grand Prix the talented rider is aiming to compete for the first time at the Isle of Man TT, alongside TT 2015 Malachi hopes to make his North West 200 and Ulster Grand Prix debuts. The future is bright for Malachi Mitchell Thomas who has the potential to in the future become an international road race winner.
