British FSRA F2 Championship front runners John Lowther and Scott Hardie are the latest top calibre driver, passenger partnership confirmed to compete in June’s three lap Sidecar races of TT 2019.
For driver Lowther TT 2019 will mark his first Mountain Course tenure in three years, whilst for passenger Hardie who’s in recent times formed a formidable combination with Team A.R.C’s Lee Crawford, it’s his second TT quest having previously competed alongside three wheeling veteran Dave Wallis.
Speaking recently about TT 2019 competition with event returnee Lowther, the highly rated, well respected Hardie stated:
“John finished 3rd in the British FSRA F2 championship. Myself & Lee (Crawford) Second. We will be looking for a top 15 finish or better. With both of us currently lapping at the 108 mph mark at the TT, our eyes are set on banking a 110 mph lap.”
Another driver, passenger partnership that mixes experience, proven quality, equal ambitious determination, Lowther/Hardie are most definitely ones to watch this May/June on Manx shores.
