Dan Kneen made it two wins in a day at Kells road races with a superb victory in grand final race. In another fantastic race on the popular road race circuit Dan competing for Cookstown Burrows engineering racing won a close battle with Michael Sweeney and Jamie Hamilton.
Only 1.8 seconds covered the first three in the race, Derek Sheils rounded off a consistent day finishing in fourth place whilst Seamus Elliott’s good season continues with fine fifth place finish.
Brian Mccormack had a highly productive finishing in seventh, James Kelly’s good day of racing finished with eighth place, Andy Farrell secured top ten finish during a race which summed up Kells road races for 2014.
Which was of high quality road racing with rising stars, talented riders, up and coming riders, and riders who are riding arguably the best they have been so far in their road racing careers.
This in particular relates to Dan Kneen who is just riding superbly at this moment in time, Dan is set to make his debut at the upcoming Bush road races next weekend.
