James Ford returns to the Isle of Man TT this year

James Ford is returning to the Isle of Man TT this year. James is aiming to compete in both supersport TT races on a Triumph 675 Daytona supersport bike sponsored by C&C ltd a company from the Isle of Man. James who made his TT debut in 2009 riding for the peoples bike team is a rider who is improving every time he competes at the Isle of Man TT. Last season saw James compete at the Ulster grand prix for the first time where James took a top 30 finish in the opening supersport race.

As well as competing at the Isle of Man TT and at the Ulster grand prix James has achieved a top 3 finish on a 125 at the Cock of the north road races at Oliver’s Mount, Scarborough. James in his own words says he is looking forward to the TT this year.

” After riding 125 for the last 12 years when I did the TT it was the first time I had raced a 1000 and didn’t go to well, so i came away, got confident in riding a four stroke and now I’m training hard to give the TT my best shot.” The Isle of Man TT this year is the main aim for James in terms of his road racing season and with the work he has put in during 2012 getting up to speed on four stroke bikes its looks like being a good Isle of Man TT this year for this up and coming road racer.
