James Cowton recorded series of high quality results at the 2015 Cookstown 100.
Competing for the second time at Cookstown the 2014 Duke road race rankings champion began yesterday’s action with impressive fourth place finish in supersport invitational race.
Open race was next up and following a determined and battling performance James finished leading supersport 600 mounted rider finishing a highly respectable eighth.

Second supersport race of the weekend saw ninth place finish secured, super twins race would prove to be one of the main highlights of the days racing for James.
Competing on Ken Dobson racing ER6 Kawasaki he finished in fourth position in what was a hugely compelling race which saw four riders covered by under a second.
The race also provided James with a new lap record for super twins class around Cookstown following lap time of 1 minute 29.657 seconds.
Grand final ended proceedings at the Cookstown 100 and it proved to be another hugely productive race for the third place finisher in 2014 lightweight TT.
Sixth place finish was achieved as James once again finished leading supersport 600 mounted rider on his own teams CBR 600 Honda.
In all a top class days racing at the 2015 Cookstown 100 for James Cowton who goes into the Vauxhall International North West 200 more than capable of achieving standout results.
