Petr Najman made it back to back IRRC Supersport successes at Horice, as the rising Czech roads star proved again to strong for the high calibre opposition.
Pierre Yves Bian had got the early jump on Najman, holding post the conclusion of the opening lap, a 0.210 advantage with Dafit Moto Racing’s Kamil Holan also keeping close attention.
As in the previous middleweight class contest, Triumph machinery stalwart Najman soon found that extra gear to surge to the front, holding by the end of lap three, a 1.683 second advantage over most recent Newcomers A Manx GP winner Yves Bian.
There was no catching Najman from here, who ultimately went onto take race honours by just over four seconds.
The race for second was won by 600cc racing returnee Holan with early Championship leader Yves Bian taking third, along the way setting the quickest lap of the race, lapping at 2 minutes 18.480 seconds.
Chimay BeNeLux Trophy winner Ilja Caljouw placed fourth, Amalric Blanc secured fifth, Karel Brandtner claimed a very creditable sixth place finish.
Tomas Toth acquired seventh as Wolfgang Schuster, Anders Blacha, Kevin Rigot wrapped up the first ten finishers from the entertaining nine lap race, which also saw Never Be Clever Racing’s Mark Purslow scoop another points finish, finishing 13th.
