Rising star around the Mountain Course Alan Founds is joined by Aki Aalto from Finland, in the teams outfit, as they target series of top quality results in the Sure sidecar TT races.
TT 2015 saw Alan Founds further enhance his reputation as a future sidecar TT winner, with a fine performance in the opening sidecar race.
Joined by Tom Peters, they finished a quite brilliant fifth, finishing leading Suzuki powered outfit.
Alan’s brother Pete Founds has competed six times at the Isle of Man TT, five times as a passenger in 1997,1998, 1999, 2000 and 2007, TT 2015 would see him make his debut as a driver around the most famous road racing circuit in the world.
TT 2016 sees Pete joined by Jevan Walmsely, as he aims to improve upon his twenty fifth place finish in last years Sure sidecar TT race 1.
Last years TT Races marked Aki Aalto’s TT debut. Teaming up with Robert Handcock, the duo secured two ninth place finishes.
Now working with Alan Founds for TT 2016, it’s one of the eye catching combinations on the start line, in what are set to be thrilling and closely fought Sure sidecar TT races.
