Set to give Brough another prominent solo class presence at the world’s most famous roads meeting, East Yorkshire’s Michael Booth is once again Isle of Man bound this May, June for TT 2019.
The fastest event newcomer of TT 2016, his second TT quest in 2018 saw him acquire a selection of highly respectable results, which included a 19th place finish within the record breaking, history making Senior race.
Additional highlights from TT 2018 included a solid 25th place finish in the four lap Superstock encounter, plus increasing his personal best lap speed around the mythical Mountain Course, to a more than creditable 124.851 mph.
Hugely looking forward to TT 2019, he’s planning to compete in at minimum five races piloting ZX-10R Kawasaki, 675 Daytona Triumph machinery within the RST Superbike, Monster Energy Supersport, Royal London 360 Superstock and Pokerstars Senior races.
Established amongst the TT’s growing band of hungry, ambitious, keenly determined next gen competitors, he’s also planning to in 2019 venture back to the Ulster Grand Prix.
A podium finisher on his Dundrod debut in 2016, last years Ulster GP saw him quietly impress many in recording series of very creditable finishes, including an excellent eighth place finish within the twice red flagged feature Superbike race.
As at TT 2019 expect ‘Boothy’ to gave another good account of himself at Dundrod, and continue his solid, consistent progress at International level on the roads.
