David McConnachy is planning to next year, make his Manx Grand Prix debut.
The ambitious rider, has in 2016 enjoyed an extremely productive year of roads action, securing series of highly creditable results at Oliver’s Mount, the Southern 100 and the world’s fastest road race, the Ulster Grand Prix.
Having now upped his level of experience and knowledge on the roads, David’s main aim for 2017, is to compete for the first time on the magical Mountain Course.
Alongside the Manx GP, added meetings he plans to take in next year include the Southern 100 and the 67th Scarborough Gold Cup.
His mounts for 2017 are his own teams YZF R6 Yamaha and GBT Racing’s ER6 Kawasaki.
Determined to progress further and further up the ladder in pure road racing, David has the determination and self belief to chalk up next year a vast amount of top class roads moments.
