David Johnson is looking forward to making his North West 200 debut.
The fourth place finisher in 2014 superstock TT is all set to compete for Paul Shoesmith’s Ice Valley racing team on a top spec S1000RR BMW in superbike, superstock and feature races around the triangle.
David’s road racing record is a good one, alongside fourth place finish in last years superstock TT he’s lapped on the mountain course in the 129 mph bracket.
Plus he’s secured ninth position in superstock race at 2011 Ulster Grand Prix and was runner up in challenge and national races at Dundrod 150 races back in 2010.
Paul Shoesmith is delighted to be working with Davo at the 2015 Vauxhall international North West 200. Paul himself is all set to compete on BMW, Yamaha and Kawasaki machinery in superbike, superstock, supersport, super twin and feature races.
In recent years Ice Valley racing have run the likes of Dean Harrison, Branko Srdanov, Ben Wylie and Peter Hickman.
David Johnson is the latest top class rider to compete for the highly successful pure road racing team.
