Bryan/Hyde Join Forces For TT 2018

Returning after a year away from Mountain Course competition, TT stalwart Gary Bryan, TT 2018 tenure will see him link up with experienced passenger Phil Hyde, as he aims to build upon an already extremely impressive record at the most famous road race in the world.

One of a select group of drivers to have lapped the Mountain Course, at over the 112 mph mark, the hugely respected Bryan’s TT CV also includes finishing leading event newcomer in 1998, plus chalking up thus far ten top six finishes.

Speaking recently about his upcoming return to the TT Races, the amiable driver who’s outfit for TT 2018 will feature a Baker chassis, stated:

“I’m really looking forward to the new season. Having missed the TT last year, I can’t wait to be be flying down Bray hill again.”

New co Sure Sidecar TT competitor Phil Hyde, who in recent years has impressed alongside Gordon Shand, added:

“I m really looking forward to the challenge, Gary is a quick driver and I’m just hoping I can get up to his pace, and bring something to the team.”

Alongside TT 2018, Bryan/Hyde will also tackle this year the British F1 Sidecar Championship, plus are also planning to compete at selected FSRA (Formula Sidecar Racing Association) races.
