Widely known for his famous Farringtown set up in the Manx Grand Prix/Classic TT paddock, Doncaster based Bob Farrington who has for over 25 years competed around the fabled Mountain Course, is the next racer to take part in Road Racing News, ten questions challenge.
Ninth in the 2010 Post Classic Junior Manx GP, his answers to the popular series of questions, are as follows:
Q1: Favourite National Roads Meeting?
“Manx Grand Prix.”
Q2: Favourite Racing Bike?
“Kawasaki ZXR 400, because it’s perfectly balanced, great mix of right weight, BHP (Break Horsepower) and handling.”
Q3: What’s the best part of competing on the roads?
“The craic, friendliness of the paddocks and the challenge of the roads circuits.”

“Lapping the Mountain Course for the first time, at over the 110 mph mark.”
