Bruce Anstey is chipping away around Oliver’s Mount as every year the nine times TT winner gels more and more with the iconic road race circuit. David Jefferies trophy race 1 provided the Isle of Man TT lap record holder with a highly respectable top six finish following a solid performance on Valvoline racing by Padgetts motorcycles CBR 600 Honda.

Second David Jefferies trophy race saw Bruce gain a good start slotting into top five placing before pushing Daley Mathison throughout for top three finish. At the end of the eight lap race this years feature race winner at the Ulster Grand Prix secured fourth position, next race on the horizon for Bruce was feature race of the weekend the Steve Henshaw international gold cup.
Fourth place finish was recorded following a highly accomplished performance on Valvoline racing by Padgetts motorcycles CBR 1000 Honda Fireblade. Plus Bruce achieved his quickest lap time around Oliver’s Mount during the race which was 1 minute 47.509 seconds.
In all this years Scarborough gold cup saw Bruce Anstey conclude his 2014 road racing season in fine style with series of top quality around a road race circuit which he is getting quicker and quicker at all the time. Looking to 2015 Bruce who has achieved so much in his illustrious road racing career is aiming to achieve a goal he has had for a long time which is to win superbike and senior TT races.
