Australia’s Alex Pickett has re joined the TC Racing team, for competition in the 2016 Superbike Classic TT.
Back in 2014, Alex made his TT Races debut for the outfit ran by Mick Charnock. Since then he has chipped away around the Mountain Course, building up his pace and knowledge of the most famous road racing circuit in the world.

Although he has not competed before at the Classic TT, he has the undoubted talent and experience on classic machinery, to wrap up a stand out result, as he holds the number 41 plate on the DP Coldplaning backed TC Racing ZXR750K Kawasaki mount, that he will be piloting.
Commenting, on Alex returning to their team, TC Racing said on their Facebook page:
“The team are proud to announce the return of Alex Pickett to the team line up for The F1 Classic.
Alex made his TT debut with us in 2014 and with his history of racing big classics back in Australia he seemed a natural choice for our classic debut. He will be going off at number 41 in a full field of exotic classic machines on our 1991 ZXR750K.
John from JT Racing Services has built us a new motor after sourcing parts from all over Europe and I’m sure it will do Alex proud.
Many thanks also to DP Coldplaning, Jp Oils, Karas Plating, Hel Performance, Ian at Mistral for putting up with the constant pestering for parts and info and the many more that helped get the project this far.”
