VRS Racing are all set for senior race tonight at the 2015 Southern 100.
The team ran by Robbie Silvester is running James Cowton on a high spec CBR 1000 Honda Fireblade, the reigning Duke road race rankings champion enjoyed a productive opening practice session last night around Billown.
James finished 11th fastest in superbike practice in a session dominated by wet and damp conditions.
This season has seen VRS Racing run Glenn Irwin in super twin races at the Vauxhall International North West 200, plus Martin Jessopp in super twins class around the triangle and in the 2015 lightweight TT.
Following the Southern 100 Robbie Silvester’s team is all set for competition at the world’s fastest road race, the Ulster Grand Prix.
Fifth place finisher in 2014 Dundrod 150 super twins race Glenn Irwin, is all set to pilot the VRS Racing ER6 Kawasaki as he bids for his first podium finishes around the iconic road race circuit.
Vehicle Refinishing Services Racing have in the last few years run multiple pure road racing stars, which include Jamie Hamilton, Justin Waring, Sandor Bitter, James Cowton is the latest star name to compete for one of road racing’s most popular teams.
