Commenting on his return to Wilson Craig Racing, Cameron said:
“Over the years, Wilson and I have always kept in touch, and earlier this year, having taken on board my thoughts, regarding the progress of the Norton, when Wilson put an offer to me, it was a case of coming back to Known Quantity!
The team personnel, led by Alan Gregory, whom I have worked with in the past, have since kept me up to speed on what is going on as regards the preparation of the bikes, and I am well pleased with what they have been doing for me.
The Norton, will be better, that I can assure you, but for me, its a case of a riders prerogative, I needed something more competitive, and that’s why I have returned to Wilson Craig’s race team for the IOM TT.
I know my last couple of years may have been off the pace a bit. But I hope to be able to get back up to speed again, I know I have good bikes below me, Wilson has always provided me with competitive machinery, and this year will be no different”
Wilson Craig added:
”The bikes have been prepared and are ready to go. They have been built to the spec as asked by Cameron. We are looking forward to testing before heading to the Isle of Man.
Cameron has had a few days rest to acclimatise to our cooler weather, and is ready to rock”
