TT 2015 – Ryan Farquhar On Top In Opening Lightweight Practice

Opening lightweight practice session at TT 2015 saw Ryan Farquhar impress hugely on his own teams ER6 Kawasaki.

The three time TT winner clocked top class lap speed of 117.12 mph to finish fastest.

Gary Johnson was in highly impressive form on factory CF Moto super twin as the two time TT Races winner lapped at 117.07 mph to finish second quickest.

Ivan Lintin sealed lap speed of 116.60 mph to finish third fastest as he proved that he will be a force to be reckoned with on RC Express Racing’s top spec ER6 Kawasaki.

Lee Johnston showed good speed lapping at 115.4 mph whilst 2013 lightweight TT winner James Hillier clocked lap speed of over 112.5 mph on Quattro Plant backed ER6 Kawasaki.

Dan Cooper also lapped in the 113.4 mph bracket as the 2013 Aberdare Park Road Races Welsh open champion showed his class around the mountain course.

Jamie Hamilton lapped chalked up as well lap speed of over 112 as two time junior Manx Grand Prix winner Michael Sweeney at 112.28 mph and Anthony Redmond 108.722 both impressed.

Dan Hegarty piloting Brian Scott Racing’s ER6 Kawasaki lapped at 107.86 mph as he continued his excellent super twins form from the Spring Cup National Road Races at Oliver’s Mount.

Super twins are back in TT action on Tuesday evening as all lightweight TT competitors bid for ultra fast lap speeds on the most iconic of all road race circuits.
