Raul Torras Martinez’s search for a new Supersport steed for the remainder of TT 2019, after encountering problems and some with his Martimotos backed Yamaha mount, has enjoyed a successful ending, with the Spanish star securing YZF R6 Yamaha machinery courtesy of Optimark Road Racing.
Delighted to join forces with France’s leading pure road racing outfit, the amiable Torras Martinez who carries a TT CV, which includes an excellent 18th place finish in last June’s Pokerstars Senior race, couldn’t thank enough the Optimark team, for their help and support.

Speaking via Instagram, the popular, highly respected Mountain Course exponent stated:
“Thank you very much to Optimark & Optimark Road Racing team, for allowing me to borrow a Supersport bike, and allow me to continue racing the 2019 Supersport TT Races, after my bike blew up the 2 engines!!! I am very grateful!”
Weather permitting Torras Martinez’s maiden outing aboard the Optimark Yamaha, will take place this evening, with Supersport practice scheduled to get underway from 6:20 PM.
