By Michael Sweeney had a fantastic Killalane road races recording four podium finishes including winning the super twins race. Michael competing for Mick Jones racing on a SR1000 BMW finished in third place in the superbike and grand final races.
In the supersport race Michael finished in a consistent fourth place, the 250 race saw Michael finish a close runner up to William Dunlop. Its being a great years road racing for Michael Sweeney which has included winning the grand final race at the Mid Antrim 150 road races and winning the junior Manx grand prix for the second time.
