Horst Saiger recorded a hat trick of victories at the Terlicko Road Races in the Czech Republic, as he showcased why he is amongst continental Europe’s leading pure road racers.
Piloting his own teams ZX6R and ZX10R Kawasaki’s he dominated the supersport, superbike and grand final races, producing three performances of the highest quality.
These momentous results follow an extremely positive TT 2016 campaign, for the rider who made his Mountain Course debut, back in 2013.
Stand out feats from TT 2016 would include 13th place finish in the Royal London 360 Quantum Superstock TT, top 15 finishes in the RST Superbike/Pokerstars Senior races and lapping in excess of 127 mph.
Alongside Horst, additional riders to impress at Terlicko included grand final runner up and four times IRRC superbike champion Didier Grams, IRRC supersport championship leader Marek Cerveny plus Kevin De Frenne who made an impressive Oliver’s Mount debut at the Cock of The North Road Races.
Michal Dokoupil’s excellent 2016 roads campaign continued at Terlicko, following super twins victory, showing top class form on the Motopoint backed ER6 Kawasaki.
Next roads meeting coming up in the Czech Republic is the IRRC (International Road Racing Championship) round at Horice.
