Revealed today via Facebook, Senior TT Champions Silicone Engineering Racing are considering tackling IRRC meetings for the first time next year.
The Silicone squad who are running for a sixth successive year, triple TT winner Dean Harrison, presence within the IRRC series would be a major fillip for the Championship organisers.
Steadily year on year growing in prestige and popularity, the International Road Racing Championship whilst largely dominated by European roads greats such as Didier Grams, Marek Cerveny, Sebastien Le Grelle, Vincent Lonbois has in recent times been graced on various occasions by esteemed UK roads talents.
This includes of course 2018 series victor Danny Webb, TT Privateers Champion Jamie Coward, nine times Macau GP winner Michael Rutter and the much missed Dan Kneen.

Entry confirmation pending, it’s going to be intriguing to see how roads ‘Alien’ Harrison and suitors Silicone Engineering Racing fare at specified IRRC events in 2021.
Aside from potential IRRC action, Harrison/Silicone Engineering’s planned 2021 race schedule also features the North West 200, the inaugural Isle of Wight based Diamond Races.
The Superbike Classic TT, selected Oliver’s Mount Scarborough meets and British Superbike Championship rounds.
