America’s Pete Murray enjoyed a solid 2016 Manx Grand Prix, with Robbie Silvester’s VRS Racing outfit.
Piloting for the first time Supersport machinery around the Mountain Course, the Junior race would see him a finish a respectable 52nd.
Next race on the horizon for the Arizona based rider was the Super Twins. Securing a replica finish, he finished a highly creditable 21st, to secure the best finish by a competitor from America on the Mountain Course in 2016.

A great achievement for Pete who’s Manx GP debut last year, marked his first venture into roads competition.
Now established amongst the USA’s established roads exponents, he has the attributes to in the future secure many more standout results at the Manx Grand Prix.
For VRS Racing Pete’s achievement’s rounded off an overall successful year on the Isle of Man, for the popular outfit.
Momentous moments for the team included Colin Stephenson’s excellent eighth place finish, in the Lightweight TT.
The teams next roads outing, is set to be at the prestigious Scarborough Gold Cup, which takes place on the 24th to the 25th of September.
