Ollie Linsdell recorded top six finish in this years lightweight TT race on the Paton super twin. The well liked manufacturer returned to the worlds greatest road race at TT 2014 for the first time in seven years when Steve Lindsell Ollie’s dad competed on a ex 500 moto gp Paton.
Following a top practice week which including lapping at over 116 mph Ollie went into the race confident that he could cause a surprise on the fine sounding super twin.
From the start of the 2014 lightweight TT race the Paton looked set to be competitive and at Glen Helen on lap 1 Ollie held third place, as the race went on consistent pace was kept up to hold onto a top six position and from here the talented rider held onto secure a great finish for Paton.
Plus its Ollie’s personal best finish at the Isle of Man TT. Overall it’s being good to see Paton back competing on the mountain course where they have a great history of securing top results.
