Alastair Seeley set the pace in Thursday’s supersport practice at Vauxhall international North West 200. Alastair competing for Mar Train racing was in top form throughout the practice session to finish fastest in front of Michael Rutter who showed the potential of the Smiths Triumph to finish second quickest.
Lee Johnston on the East Coast racing CBR 600 Honda produced an excellent performance to finish third overall in practice in front of William Dunlop on the Tyco Suzuki by TAS supersport bike who finished 4th fastest. Gary Johnson made it two Smiths Triumph’s in the top five whilst Josh Brookes is getting there on the Milwaukee Yamaha 600 in completing the top six quickest in practice.
Keith Amor’s return to the North West 200 is getting better and better as the Site Sealants B&W racing rider was a highly creditable 7th fastest in front of Guy Martin, John Mcguinness and Dean Harrison who rounded out the top 10 of a highly competitive supersport practice session which took place in wonderful conditions around the triangle at North West 200.
