North West 200 – Alastair Seeley Seals Supersport Pole Position

Alastair Seeley is on pole position for tonight’s opening supersport race at 2015 Vauxhall International North West 200.

Alastair competing on Tyco security products backed GSX-R 600 Suzuki lapped at 116.362 mph to finish fastest in supersport qualifying session.

Bruce Anstey lead the Honda challenge by finishing second quickest as he showed excellent form on Valvoline Racing by Padgetts Motorcycles CBR 600 Honda.


William Dunlop despite enduring a crash still finished third fastest as he continued his great pace on Ivan Curran/CD Racing backed YZF R6 Yamaha.

Glenn Irwin impressed hugely in finishing fourth fastest as the Gearlink Kawasaki rider continues to adapt rapidly quickly to the triangle.

John McGuinness piloted Jackson Racing’s CBR 600 Honda to fifth quickest time in qualifying as Gary Johnson competing on Mar Train Racing YZF R6 Yamaha sealed sixth fastest time.

Michael Dunlop extracted the up most out of his own teams YZF R6 Yamaha in finishing seventh in qualifying.

Michael Rutter made it two Gearlink Kawasaki’s in the top eight as Dean Harrison finished a highly creditable ninth fastest.

Completing the top ten was Keith Amor who showed his quality around the triangle on Rig Deluge backed CBR 600 Honda.
