By Banbridge’s Shaun Anderson has landed a plum ride, for this year’s Senior Classic Manx Grand Prix, riding Peter Beugger’s 500 Paton.
As witnessed over the past ten years thanks to the exploits in particular of Team Winfield, Paton’s are more than a touch competitive in the Senior Classics category.
Ultra enthused about the newly formed partnership with former airline pilot, vastly respected engineer, road racing supporter Beugger, 2010 Newcomers A race runner-up Anderson, who leads Team Classic Suzuki’s TT 2023 charge, stated:
“I am over the moon to have this opportunity, I have to thank Peter (Beugger), Barbara (Beugger) and Hanno (Lichtschlag).
The Paton is one of the best machines on the grid and with both Peter’s and my experience everything is shaping up nicely.”
