Lee Johnston is aiming for more international road race successes this year with East Coast racing.
The 2014 road racing season was an undoubted success for the 2013 TT privateers champion. Back to back super twin race wins at the Vauxhall international North West 200 where amongst the standout highlights as Lee proved his prowess around the triangle.

TT 2014 would prove to be highly prodigious for general Lee who secured eighth place finish in opening monster energy supersport race which was backed up by 5th position in superstock race his personal best finish at the most famous road race in the world.
At the worlds fastest road race the Ulster Grand Prix Lee produced some of his best performances to date in his road racing career. Victory in Dundrod 150 super twins race was followed by second place finish in opening supersport race following a highly accomplished performance.
Third position in feature superbike race was an excellent way for him to end his years action around Dundrod, victory in 350 classic TT, supersport race 2 victory at Scarborough gold cup and third place finish in Steve Henshaw international gold cup where further notable achievements during a top quality season of pure road racing.
Most recently on his third entry into the Macau Grand Prix Lee produced another excellent all round performance as he achieved fifth place finish, this was Lee’s personal best finish around Macau and there’s every chance that in 2015 he could well secure his first podium finish at the Macau GP.

For TT 2015, North West 200 and Ulster Grand Prix this year he is S1000RR BMW mounted in superstock and superbike classes whilst for the hugely competitive supersport class the highly rated rider is 675 Daytona Triumph mounted.
Tipped by many to soon become a TT races winner Lee has every chance of adding to his tally of international road race podium finishes in 2015.
