Set for pastures new in 2019, Junior Classic TT champion Dominic Herbertson has recently announced that he has parted company with long term backers WH Racing.
Part of the small, close knit WH team fold since 2016, the always cheerful Herbertson has recorded a vast collection of high quality results aboard the outfit’s steeds.
This includes strong results a plenty at the mythical TT Races, including 12th, 10th place finishes within the Royal London 360 Quantum Superstock, Bennetts Lightweight races of TT 2018.
Moving up more than a level or two on the roads in recent years with the WH team, upcoming Macau GP debutant Herbertson in a candid statement released via Twitter, was full of praise for the role the North East based outfit has played in his development, into becoming one of International road racing’s fastest rising talents.
“Looking back before going forward. Myself and two of my best mates built a team together called WH racing, with the ambition of helping me move up the racing ladder.
Without their help and support I would not have been able to achieve that goal and I cannot thank them enough.
I have now parted company with WH racing, I wish my friends all the best in the future. I will always remember the laughs and memories we have had together, and look forward to seeing them around the paddock in the future.
Like everyone in the paddock, I am working on plans for next season and am very much looking forward to the new challenges ahead in 2019.”
