Adrian Harrison had an impressive 2014 Southern 100. Opening race at Billown this year for Adrian was supersport 600 race 1 backed by Radcliffe butchers which saw the rider who made his debut at the friendly races 12 months ago secure a highly creditable 10th place finish.
Next up was super twins race 1 and following three good practice sessions Adrian qualified within the top five. After a closely fought start he slotted into fourth place and from here rode a calm, consistent and solid race to achieve fourth place finish following a top performance throughout.
Second supersport was another productive one for Adrian with 11th place finish but the best was still to come with second super twins race on the horizon.
In arguably one of his best performances so far in his road racing career competing on Printing roller services backed ER6 Kawasaki third place finish was recorded, his first podium finish at Southern 100.
Overall Adrian proved at Billown this year that he is improving all the time around the popular road race circuit, plus its being overall a good season so far with 14th place finish acquired in lightweight TT, solid results in supersport TT races and creditable results obtained at Ian Watson spring cup road races.
